Alaskan Aventure Tremblant invites you to discover the world of sled dogs during the summer season. Come and experience the initiation into Cani-hiking with a visit to the pack.
What is Cani-hiking? Cani-hiking is hiking with a dog pulling in front, attached to a waist belt and a long leash. It is an outdoor sport activity, easy-intermediate level, to do with a dog on our nature trails.
Come and experience a moment of complicity with our Nordic husky-Alaskan dogs. Spend time with the mushers to learn more about the life of sled dogs. Magic moment guaranteed!

The 2:00 activity includes:

Get your equipment for cani-rando with explanations,
-
Meeting of the 65 husky-Alaskan dogs

Come and choose your dog
-
Learn how to put on the dog's harness and prepare for departure,
-
Cani-hike in the forest with your dog (around 45 minutes depending on the group and the temperature, including the break).

Stop at the shack or stream for drinks (included) and give water to the dogs
-
Finish with time to play with the puppies (if any) and visit the kennel.
*not recommended for people with walking difficulties as the walk is fast.
